Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Materials

Blank Product: Comfort Colors 6014

  • 100% combed ring-spun cotton.
  • Fabric weight: 6.1 oz./yd.² (206.8 g/m²).
  • Relaxed fit.
  • Garment dyed and pre-shrunk.
  • Twill-taped neck and shoulders.
  • Ribbed cuffs

Aftercare

How to wash:

  • Turn your t-shirt inside out— this avoids scratches and friction and keeps the printed area safe.
  • Wash with cold water—opt for temperatures at or below 30°C (86°F) to prevent it from fading or shrinking.
  • Delicate cycle.
  • Soft detergent—harsh detergents can cause the ink to fade or discolour.
  • Avoid fabric softener and dry cleaning— it can be too harsh for the ink, degrading the print quality. 
  • Avoid bleach!

How to dry:

  • Keep the t-shirt inside out.
  • The best option is to hang dry.
  • Tumble-dry with caution, on a low heat. Over time, the higher temperatures can dry out the ink, causing it to crack.

Shipping

It normally takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● Australia: 21–22 business days
● Japan: 16–19 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Returns & Refunds

At this time, I do not offer returns or exchanges as each product is made to order and I do not hold physical inventory.

However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. I'll do everything I can to resolve the issue.
