Returns

Return Policy

Because this is a Print-on-Demand store, I cannot offer returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, change of mind). However, if there’s an issue with your order—such as misprints, defects, or damage—please reach out and I’ll do my best to resolve it quickly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email me at wtrcreativeapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order (and no later than 30 days from the order date). Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Any other relevant details

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Exchange Policy

I’m currently unable to offer size or style exchanges, as all products are made to order and I don’t hold inventory. If you're unsure which size is right for you, please refer to the size chart available in the product description.

In rare cases, if you receive an item that is mislabelled (e.g., incorrect size or color), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at wtrcreativeapparel@gmail.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the mislabeled item

If the error is confirmed, I’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund.


Order Lost in Transit

If your package appears to be lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Before contacting me, please:

  • Double-check your shipping confirmation email for address errors
  • Ask your local post office if they’re holding the package
  • Check with neighbors to see if the courier left it with them

If the address was correct and your package still hasn’t turned up, email me at wtrcreativeapparel@gmail.com with your order number.

Note: If an incorrect shipping address was provided, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged items or incorrect/mislabelled items. If this applies to you, please contact me at wtrcreativeapparel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
